We work with employer's on a contingent and retained basis. The goal is simple; to locate the three best candidates in the marketplace to fill the position.
Initially, we will provide human resources or the hiring manager with a resume, compensation history and notes on the candidates job history and reason for pursuing the position. We will then work on scheduling phone and face to face interviews. During the interview process we will work with the employer on putting an offer together and checking references. We can also provide background checks and drug testing if needed. Finally, we will followup with the employer and candidate once the offer has been accepted to help with the transition.
We have a standard agreement that is competitive. We will discount for multiple positions and at times work on a flat fee. Our goal is to develop a long term relationship with our employer.
